Actually he left the band BEFORE the first CD. They used all his songs, became rich and famous, and he got sour about it all, and drank even more than he was doing to begin with, and it ended up killing him. Atleast that is how I remember it all happening. I remember growing a whole new hate for them once I heard the story. So they were fucked on the second album no matter what.
